These terms govern your use of slateflowcapital.com and the tools available on it. By using the site you accept them.
You must provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person may hold one account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, post unlawful content or attempt to compromise other users' data.
The portfolio tracker and related content are software tools and educational material. They do not constitute investment advice, research reports or recommendations. SlateFlow Capital's SEBI Investment Adviser registration is pending; no advisory services are offered until it is granted. See Disclosures.
Pro access is granted for the period paid for (monthly or yearly) and ends automatically at expiry unless renewed. During the test phase, plan activation is handled manually after payment confirmation by email. Fees are non-refundable once access has been activated, except where required by law.
You retain ownership of blog posts and data you upload. You grant SlateFlow Capital a licence to store, display and process it to provide the service (including displaying published posts publicly). You must not post content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or that constitutes unregistered investment advice or stock tips presented as recommendations.
Calculations depend on the data you enter and on third-party price feeds that may be delayed or wrong. The service is provided "as is" during the test phase and may be interrupted or changed without notice. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness or availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SlateFlow Capital is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on figures shown by the tracker, from content posted by users, or from interruption of the service. Investment decisions are yours alone.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gurugram, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
